Placing an Order
We are committed to providing a safe, secure and straightforward process to purchasing any of our products online. The following provides essential detail to explain this process and the terms and conditions of purchase. When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. We will send an e-mail to confirm receipt and where applicable confirm your order number and purchase. At this point we have a legal contract.
Delivery
All efforts are made to fulfil orders within 5 - 10 working days from order placement. However, additional and unavoidable delays may occur subject to product availability. In these circumstances we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible.
Returns Policy
You have 7 days from delivery of the goods to decide if you wish to return any of the items for any reason. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but cannot accept items outwith this period. In addition we cannot accept returns that have obvious signs of use, except where there has been a clear defect with the product. Again this must be brought to our attention within the 7 day period. We take every precaution to protect your privacy. All credit card numbers are encrypted and protected by the well-established and secure PayPal (Europe) Ltd ordering system.
File Logs
For each visitor to our site, the web server automatically recognises and collects, where possible, the domain name/IP address, pages visited, length of visit, and other general usage data. This information is not linked to personally identifiable information. It is collected and stored with the same information from all visitors in a file log. This file log will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.
Children
Osmogro® products are suitable for use by children following appropriate adult supervision. However, we do not sell products on this website for purchase by children. If you are under 13, you may use this website only with express permission of a parent or guardian. Children under 13 may not register on our site without the express written consent of a parent or guardian.
General Returns Procedure
Returning Items in Perfect Working Condition
You have the right to return unused items within the 7 day 'cooling off' period from delivery of the goods. 1. Contact us by email or using the enquiry form on the Contact Us page. 2. Be sure to include as much information as possible about the reason for your return, and your PayPal reference number if you are requesting a refund. 3. This will be entered in our system and we will respond to you by e-mail. 4. Finally, if we cannot resolve the issue for you, then return the unwanted items as specified in General Return Conditions.
Returning Defective Items
We will only accept returns for items that are clearly defective at delivery. We will not accept liability for items that have been used within the 7 day period, unless they were clearly defective and not subject to abuse. If you are not satisfied with the product you must notify us within the 7 day period. In this case follow the procedure as detailed: 1. Contact us by email or using the enquiry form on the Contact Us page. 2. Be sure to include as much information as possible about the reason for your return, and your PayPal reference number if you are requesting a refund. 3. This will be entered in our system and we will respond to you by e-mail. 4. Finally, if we cannot resolve the issue for you, then return the unwanted items as specified in General Return Conditions.
General Return Conditions
Return everything in its original condition. 1. For a complete refund, items must be in original condition, show no signs of wear or abuse, and be received back to the specified returns address within 14 days from notification of return. 2. Do not write on the packaging. 3. You are responsible for merchandise until it reaches our warehouse. 4. Insure the return for the full value of the purchase and ship back using a trackable service like registered post. We are not responsible if your returned merchandise gets lost in the mail. 5. Allow 2 weeks for returns processing. Returns take approximately two weeks to clear and process. Purchases are credited back to the original credit card minus the cost of the original shipping and handling charge detailed in your statement, except in the case of clearly defective goods, where a full refund will be made, or alternatively replacement goods will be despatched. 6.
